Location: Green Bay, WI Opportunity Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring the three products recommend for their homecare This is a part-time opportunity. Shifts will vary between 7:00am and 9:00pm, weekdays weekends.
