Responsibilities Application engineering and customer requirement analysis.  Design and development of cooling, intake, exhaust, fuel, electrical and power generation systems.  Engine integration for off-highway, industrial and power generation applications.  Combustion fundamentals, emissions technologies and engine performance optimization.  OEM technical support and product validation.  Generator synchronization, load sharing and grid parallel solutions.  Regional technology development and localization.  Product benchmarking and portfolio expansion.  Compliance with IEC, ISO, DIN, NEMA and UL standards. Technical Competencies  Diesel and gas engine applications.  Combustion and thermodynamics fundamentals.  CAD/CAE tools – SolidWorks, Creo, ANSYS.  Engine electrical systems, ECUs, sensors and controls.  ERP and PLM systems.  Alternative fuels and hybrid systems.
