This position will primarily support
low-rise multifamily developments (3–5 stories)
throughout Florida,
Southeast and Central Florida

About the Position
The
Project Manager
- will serve as the
- owner’s advocate and project leader
- , to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- The company partners with
- third-party general contractors
- to build their developments, and this role will act as the
- daily eyes and ears for the ownership team
- , protecting the company’s investment and ensuring project execution aligns with development goals.
- Key responsibilities include oversight across
- preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution
- , while maintaining strong communication between ownership, contractors, and consultants.
- This role will focus on
- ground-up multifamily residential projects ranging from 160–200 units
- , with attractive design and finish levels.
Requirements
Minimum
- 5 years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing
- ground-up multifamily residential construction
- Experience working with
- developers and general contractors
- is strongly preferred.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- preferred but not required
Location
- Must be
- local to or within commuting distance of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Ability to
visit job sites and report progress.
