This position will primarily support

low-rise multifamily developments (3–5 stories)

throughout Florida,

Southeast and Central Florida

About the Position

The

Project Manager

  • will serve as the
  • owner’s advocate and project leader
  • , to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • The company partners with
  • third-party general contractors
  • to build their developments, and this role will act as the
  • daily eyes and ears for the ownership team
  • , protecting the company’s investment and ensuring project execution aligns with development goals.
  • Key responsibilities include oversight across
  • preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution
  • , while maintaining strong communication between ownership, contractors, and consultants.
  • This role will focus on
  • ground-up multifamily residential projects ranging from 160–200 units
  • , with attractive design and finish levels.

Requirements

Minimum

  • 5 years of construction project management experience
  • Experience managing
  • ground-up multifamily residential construction
  • Experience working with
  • developers and general contractors
  • is strongly preferred.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • preferred but not required

Location

  • Must be
  • local to or within commuting distance of Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Ability to

visit job sites and report progress.
