Service Worker (KRCC - Annex/Breathitt County)

Title : Service Worker Company : Kentucky River Community Care Location : Breathitt County Annex Employment Type : Regular Full-Time Credentials Required : High School diploma or GED Special Skills/Knowledge Required : Experience with industrial floor cleaning equipment and landscaping preferred. Primary Functions : Responsible for maintaining a neat, clean, and safe environment in assigned facility. Tasks including, but not limited to, interior cleaning/sanitizing of walls, floors, windows, bathrooms, furniture, etc. Remove inside garbage, police grounds for trash, cigarette butts, etc. Order cleaning supplies and maintain inventory. Landscaping and pressure washing. Floor care - strip, wax, buff, and carpet shampooing. Report any needed repairs on a maintenance request form. Participate in scheduled department meetings.
