We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Excellence Specialist in our factory in Buk. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about production technology, continuous improvement, and driving innovation in manufacturing processes.

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing production capabilities, supporting optimization initiatives, and acting as a competence anchor for best practices and new technologies across the organization. This is a highly collaborative position with strong exposure to production, engineering, and laboratory teams at both regional and global levels.

Your role

  • Develop and drive roadmap and test plans for Inline Pilot Plant activities.
  • Create and test trial formulations and run pilot productions, including quality control and documentation of results.
  • Identify and validate process and formula optimization opportunities.
  • Support and supervise full-scale production trials.
  • Act as a competence anchor for production technology, driving best practices and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Support regional and global initiatives focused on production improvement and optimization.
  • Contribute to the global production equipment CAPEX planning.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Laboratory, and QHSE stakeholders across regions.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong, in-depth knowledge of paint manufacturing processes.
  • Around 5 years of experience in the process industry (preferably chemical), including exposure to consolidation or rationalization projects.
  • Hands-on operational experience from a laboratory environment within a paint factory.
  • Strong technical understanding and interest in advanced production technologies and new manufacturing methods.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and stay focused under pressure.
  • Calm and solution-oriented mindset in dynamic and demanding environments.
