Paid Orientation

Held in Springdale, AR. We take care of you from day one—travel and hotel accommodations are fully provided, along with a $100 food stipend.

On-the-Road Mentorship

Return to Arkansas for your final testing and instantly upgrade to full solo status with your own assigned truck.

Solo Launch

• Start out at $0.35 CPM running an average of
• 2,500+ miles per wee during training.

90-Day Step-Up

• Your pay increases significantly to

• after just 3 months of safe solo driving.

1-Year Milestone

Job Requirements

License

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Recent Grads Welcomed

Your Class A CDL must have been obtained within the past 12 months.

Experience Cap

Designed for entry-level drivers; you must have limited recent carrier experience (no more than 3 months with any other carrier).

Compliance

• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.
• Must live within 90 miles of Kansas City.
