Class A CDL Trainee Program | New Graduate Position

Have you recently earned your commercial license and want to gain stable, high-paying regional experience? We are seeking Class A CDL holders for our structured, regional solo driver development program.

The Training & Progression

Training Phase

Complete a comprehensive 4 to 6-week paid training program to master regional routes and equipment safety.

Solo Transition

Immediately upon successful completion of training, you will upgrade to solo driver status with your own assigned truck.

Pay Guarantee

Compensation & Driver Protection

Guaranteed Solo Base

Minimum $1,000.00+ weekly (after training).

Accessorial Pay

Comprehensive detention and layover pay to ensure you are fully compensated for any shipper delays.

Full W2 status with predictable year-round freight.

Job Requirements

License Status

• Must already hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• (Please note: We are unable to accept applicants who only hold a commercial learner's permit (CLP) at this time).

Age Requirement

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Compliance

Must meet all standard DOT safety and drug screening requirements.

Schedule Flexibility

Ability to run regional lanes (East Coast/Southwest) and be out on the road for 2 weeks at a time.

Safety & Background

Accidents, tickets, moving violations, and criminal history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
