About The Role

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated local account based out of the Roanoke, VA distribution center. This is a home daily position running store deliveries throughout Virginia and West Virginia with consistent freight and reliable pay.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL

Minimum 3 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
Must live within commuting distance of Roanoke, VA
Must meet all DOT drug & alcohol and safety requirements
Accidents and violations reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Pay & Compensation

Average weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,500
$2,500 sign-on bonus!
Mileage pay based on verified experience: .53cpm-.58cpm
$55 per full unload
$20 per stop (including first stop)
W2 position
Full benefits package available (health, dental, vision, etc.)

Home Time & Schedule

Home daily
Primarily overnight driving
Slip-seat operation

Route Details

Dedicated store delivery account
Average 3 loads per week
Approximately 1,500–1,800 miles per week
Mix of dry van and refrigerated freight
Drivers unload freight
at stores using electric pallet jacks (after training)
Routes throughout Virginia and West Virginia
