Consistent Earnings

Average $1,200/week with up to $70,000 annual earning potential.

Home Time

Home daily (extremely rare occasions may require an overnight hotel stay, fully covered).

No-Touch Freight

100% no-touch refrigerated freight.

Paid Training

1 day of classroom orientation ($50 stipend) followed by 2–3 days of ride-along training ($100/day).

Your starting mileage pay is based directly on your verifiable Class A driving experience

0 – 11 Months

$0.45 CPM

12 – 35 Months

$0.47 CPM

36 – 59 Months

$0.50 CPM

60 – 83 Months

$0.51 CPM

84 – 119 Months

$0.52 CPM

10+ Years

$0.54 CPM

Schedule & Routes

Daily Workflow

1–3 routes per day with 1–3 stops per trip.

Shift Times

Night shifts starting between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM (highest freight volumes occur Wednesday through Saturday).

Rotating Schedule Format

• Week 1: Work 6 days, followed by a 34-hour restart.
• Week 2: Work 5 days, followed by 2 days off.

Qualifications

License

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Experience

Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.

Availability

Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and the rotating schedule outlined above.

Safety

Ability to meet all company and DOT safety and drug/alcohol standards.
