Role OverviewAs a Registered Nurse – Patient Care Specialist, you will be an integral part of our medical team, providing high-quality care to our patients. You will apply your clinical knowledge and compassionate approach to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to a supportive healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications, treatments, and procedures as per the medical orders.Monitor patient health, recording vital statistics and reports.Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals and departments.Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.Required Skills and ExperienceCurrent and valid Nursing License.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or hospital setting.Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.Preferred / Nice-to-have SkillsCertification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).Bilingual abilities in Spanish and <English.Education> and CertificationsBachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) with equivalent experience considered.Soft Skills and Behavioral ExpectationsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
