About The Role

As a Registered Nurse - Care Excellence Specialist, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our patients, fostering a safe and supportive environment. Your primary role is to deliver care with kindness and precision, collaborating with a dynamic healthcare team. You will assess patient needs, create care plans, and implement interventions tailored to patient-centric outcomes.Administer medications and manage IV lines.Monitor patient vitals and document changes.Coordinate with physicians for patient care planning.Educate patients and families about post-hospitalization care.Required Skills and Experience: Active RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and strong clinical assessment abilities. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.Preferred Skills: Experience in critical care or surgical units is a <plus.Education> and Certifications: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.Soft Skills and Behavioral Expectations: Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills are essential.
