Job Description We are strengthening our Production team at our Kreuztal site. Responsibilities: Preparing and setting up plastic injection molding machines and downstream processing equipment Machining and inspecting components Controlling and monitoring operational processes Troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions Performing maintenance and repair work Diagnosing faults on complex plastic processing equipment and control systems Optimizing production equipment as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP) Profile: Successfully completed vocational training as a Process Technician for Plastics and Rubber Technology or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience and solid technical expertise PLC (SPS) knowledge for fault analysis Experience with control and drive systems Sound knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics Willingness to work flexible hours, including a 3-shift system and overtime A goal-oriented, independent, and analytical working style Be part of our ZF team as Verfahrensmechaniker mwd and apply now!
