About the Team This position is part of ZF’s ADAS & HPC business, which is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation within the advanced automotive technology space. The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies. Hardware Engineer (f/m/d) for analog and power supply modules – High performance computing (HPC). What you can look forward to as a Hardware Engineer (f/m/d): Design and development of analog circuits and/or switched‑mode power supplies. Creation, adaptation, and integration of circuit blocks and circuit modules. Testing and characterization of digital circuits with regard to mass production. Performing tolerance analyses in accordance with automotive requirements. Ensuring EMC, signal integrity, and power integrity through simulation and measurement. Preparation and maintenance of documentation in compliance with automotive engineering requirements. Documentation of circuit architecture and execution of design reviews. Market monitoring for new products and suppliers, component selection. Technical support for sourcing activities and component introductions. Your profile as a Hardware Engineer (f/m/d): Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or Automation Technology (Bachelor’s / Master’s). Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in automotive development or a comparable environment. In-depth knowledge of analog circuit design and switched‑mode power supply architectures. Knowledge of manufacturing complex electronic assemblies and related quality requirements – nice to have. Experience with the tools Codebeamer, Mentor Xpedition, MathCAD Prime, and SPICE simulation.
