What You’ll Get $22 to $32 per hour, based on experience Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Overtime opportunities available Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Company-paid long-term disability coverage Paid holidays plus additional holiday time off Paid time off available after 6 months 401(k) with company contribution after 1 year Employee referral bonus opportunities Opportunities to grow your skills and advance within the company What You’ll Do Install storm, sanitary, and water pipe systems on commercial construction projects Measure, cut, position, and connect pipe according to project plans and specifications Perform pipe laying and assist with underground utility installation Excavate trenches and support grading, site preparation, and heavy civil construction work Spread, level, and prepare construction materials throughout each project Follow project plans and site supervisor direction to keep work moving safely and efficiently Maintain organized tools, equipment, and work areas throughout the workday Travel to commercial job sites throughout the greater Philadelphia area while reporting to the Aston, Pennsylvania office

What You Need At least 2 years of pipe laying or heavy civil construction experience Underground utility installation experience preferred Ability to safely perform physically demanding construction work and lift 80 pounds or more Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a construction crew OSHA 10 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation to Aston, Pennsylvania and surrounding project locations Hiring Process Apply today Complete a quick phone screening Interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience Start date Falcone & Sons, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
