Business Engineer with French

Objective Be responsible for providing estimation in the demand process, definition of the business and IT level requirements in the delivery process. Coordinate functional solution alignments between development teams. Support all processes like Release Management Change Management, testing, and go live. Activity Definition Support customers in the analysis and definition of business needs and requirements, provide specifications and keep these updated. Ensure integrity and consistency of the end-to-end solution by detailing requirements and use cases across the different applications and services. Design and refine the end-to-end solution across application landscape and document business and IT requirements. Maintain an up-to-date product specification after implementation of changes. Verify requests with Product Management to be aligned with the product evolution strategy. Project Management Gather IT cost estimates during project initiation. Improve and ensure project excellence. Manage project assignments and coordinate technical alignments across development teams. Sales and Business Line Support Ensure customer satisfaction during the demand and delivery process and keep the requirements up to date. Build bridge between business (product, sales) and delivery teams with overarching views on the detailed requirements. Provide guidance and coaching to other team members and relevant stakeholders. Learning and Development Ensure proper communication on detailed requirements and use-cases to the relevant stakeholders (especially towards delivery teams). Constantly maintain a good level of expertise and knowledge on the solution.
