To strengthen our team in Shanghai , we are looking for you as a(n) Technical Manager . Job Responsibilities - Take the responsibility of technical service and management in Greater China for Wacker silicone construction chemicals business. - Provide technical support to commercial team through application-oriented offerings, application regulations and requirements, product portfolio, process knowhow, and technical training. - Customer support of new product/solution introduction, daily service, complaint handling. - Responsible for strategic technical market development, including support product portfolio management, benchmark test and analysis, technology transfer in tech team, market information collection, strategy contribution. - Strengthen technical marketing platform as Chinese brochures, PPT for seminars, exhibition, and promotion tools to support business growth. - Drive product development and/or product modification according to the local market requirements. - Coordinates technical services between sales, Germany site, ZJG plant and customers with newly developed techniques or practices in processing company products. - Maintain equipment, chemical agents and furniture in lab to ensure daily laboratory experiments running smoothly as well as the safety, health and environment protection of daily work. - Willing travel within China and to other locations on demand. Qualifications Required - Bachelor degree in chemistry or related majors - Fluent in both oral and written English skill - Customer & result oriented - Open mind / self-learning / positive thinking / proactive / Independence - Initiative, good communication skills and a team player - Ingenious, professional integrity and good business acumen As an international company, we welcome the diversity of people.
