YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyse non-conforming parts from both serial production and new projects to quickly identify root causes Prepare detailed deviation reports and collaborate closely with MQE, CQE, and PQE teams Support Supplier Quality Management (SQM) in handling complaints and addressing quality issues Utilize X-ray technology for comprehensive part inspections and work with the R&D lab to resolve technical challenges Take charge of the non-conforming products zone by maintaining accurate records, blocking in SAP, and implementing corrective measures Maintain cleanliness and order while ensuring compliance with EGP, health, safety, and fire protection regulations at all times Follow up-to-date production documentation and fulfill assigned duties as outlined in organizational guidelines YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Proficient in using MS Office, SAP, and common quality tools for effective root cause analysis Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and familiar with various measuring instruments Strong knowledge of production and quality processes, ideally gained in an industrial environment Able to accurately document deviations and systematically track them within SAP Basic understanding of health, safety, and fire protection regulations Highly reliable, with a strong sense of quality and attention to detail Team-oriented and willing to collaborate across different departments OUR OFFERING Monthly salary ranging from CZK 28,000 to CZK 45,000, depending on shift model and individual performance Work in continuous operation schedule, with additional pay for afternoon, night, and weekend shifts Overtime and hardship bonuses according to the Labor Code Meal allowance or meal vouchers 25 days of annual vacation Contributions to pension and life insurance Opportunities for professional development and further education Modern and clean working environment As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
