HR Business Partner (HR BP), plant Ostrava Hrušov (m/f/d) Your Key Responsibilities: Drive implementation and application of HR policies and guidelines within your area Implement Schaeffler’s People Strategy tailored specifically to local market Collaborate closely with our Regional, country and local teams to plan and execute HR operations smoothly Offer expert advice on all organizational and HR-related topics to support business Partner with management to navigate and manage change processes successfully in a challenging ramp-up manufacturing setting for cutting-edge automotive technologies Supporting plant for limited-one year contract Your Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Several years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within an industrial environment Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and labor law Communicative level of English (B1-B2) Strong interpersonal and advisory skills with the ability to handle confidential issues Personal responsibility, flexibility, organizational and communication skills Why choose us ?
