YOUR ROLE In this exciting, action-oriented role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business representatives, and end-users to roll out and optimize global SAP finance templates. You will play a crucial part in managing data migration cycles, validating load integrity, and building robust test scripts. As a proactive change agent, you will support end-users during critical hypercare phases, resolve system issues, and independently coordinate daily project risks with your stream lead. Your expertise will directly drive process standardization and harmonization across multiple global entities, offering you excellent professional growth in a highly visible position. WHO YOU ARE 4+ years of hands-on experience in operational finance or accounting processes, with deep functional knowledge of SAP FI modules (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Processing). 6+ years of strong experience handling complex financial requirements, ideally working within the chemical or pharmaceutical industry. Proven track record executing data migration cycles, performing data cleansing, and managing load validation checks. Demonstrated experience creating test scripts, executing quality assurance testing, and providing hands-on end-user training and hypercare support. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related discipline (Master's degree is highly preferred). Strong team player with intercultural competencies and experience thriving within a fast-paced, international project environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, mitigate risks, and propose preventative process improvements. Outstanding English communication and presentation skills, with a willingness to travel regularly for business trips (approximately 5-10% per year).
