Job Purpose Responsible for the daily operational activities related to the delivery process, including planning and processing shipments while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient customer deliveries. How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities) Create, plan, and process deliveries based on customer orders and stock transport orders, considering delivery dates, material availability, and Incoterms. Prepare all required shipping documentation, including CMRs, bills of lading, and other transportation documents. Liaise with carriers and Customer Service to coordinate loading, transportation, and delivery activities. Collaborate with internal departments, colleagues, and external warehouses to ensure timely processing and shipment of customer orders. Maintain accurate filing and documentation in accordance with company procedures. Ensure timely and accurate execution of delivery processes while meeting customer requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics and delivery performance. What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities) Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Good to excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Broad understanding of business processes. Working knowledge of SAP. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels and functions. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Continuous improvement mindset. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements / Travel Requirements The role is primarily office-based and involves daily interaction with internal departments, external warehouses, transportation providers, and customers.
