As part of our People & Culture team, you will help shape employee experiences across the full lifecycle — from hiring to development — and support a diverse, international workforce. Your exact responsibilities will be tailored to your strengths, interests, and accessibility needs. What you will do to drive the energy transition: Support recruiting, onboarding, or HR operations processes Assist with employee lifecycle topics such as contracts, data management, or payroll coordination Help ensure HR processes are transparent, compliant, and people-centric Collaborate with managers, employees, and external partners Contribute to initiatives around inclusion, development, and culture What you will need on that journey: You do not need to meet all requirements — candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
