Technical Consultant - fixed-term (f/m/d)

Fixed term: 24 months YOUR TASKS: Provide technical customer consulting in the fields of auto identification, machine vision, and LiDAR technology Analyze customer requirements and develop suitable application solutions Support the commissioning of complex systems and perform application testing Handle customer complaints and derive appropriate corrective actions Design and deliver training sessions Contribute to product lifecycle management Act as an interface to internal and external customers, suppliers, and international subsidiaries YOUR PROFILE: University degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, certification as a state-certified technician Several years of professional experience in factory or logistics automation Strong knowledge of auto identification, machine vision, and LiDAR technologies Experience with industrial control systems (e.g., Simatic STEP 7 or TIA Portal) Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and understandable way Good technical English skills Structured, customer- and solution-oriented working style Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel Contact: Silvia Hartmann
