Senior Regional Sourcing Specialist - Automotive Sector

Your Key Responsibilities Identification of suppliers on the Turkish market according to the SCHAEFFLER Group's needs; Ensure preliminary communication with the selected local suppliers by sending the necessary documents (NDA, CoC) for further collaboration; Issuing price quotation requests to the chosen suppliers; Follow up on RFQ requests and address any clarification needs; Collaborate with divisions, business units, and purchasing plants in Europe regarding the management of local suppliers; Visit the suppliers together with colleagues from the divisions, business units, and subregion. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields; Min 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing; Understanding of RFQ processes, cost drivers, and supplier communication; Ability to Read and Interpret Basic Technical Drawings; Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and platforms such as SupplyON is an advantage; Strong communication and coordination skills; Good command of English (written & spoken); Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn international purchasing processes.
