Your Key Responsibilities Manage existing direct material suppliers. Analyze local market trends and sourcing opportunities. Develop and align local purchasing strategies with regional and BU teams. Coordinate with internal functions for technical and demand alignment. Lead supplier negotiations and price discussions. Manage supplier contracts, agreements, and related legal documents. Improve supply chain coordination with logistics, warehouse, QA, and planning teams. Evaluate, audit, and develop suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and conduct assessments. Your Qualifications 5+ years of purchasing experience in the mechanical industry Independent and effective in a matrix organization Strong negotiation, communication, reporting, and presentation skills Good English and computer skills Strong leadership, ownership, and time management Able to handle complex technical topics and work independently As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
