The Manufacturing Manager is part of the Plant Manager’s staff, is responsible for leading the production and maintenance teams, and participates in plant strategic leadership. Responsibilities include managing production and maintenance supervisors, leading capital projects and budgets, overseeing mold repairs and refurbishments, supervising preventive maintenance systems, and providing guidance to operations and engineering teams.
