Responsibilities: 1. Project Leadership: Manage small to medium sized diverse and interdisciplinary project teams, providing strong technical guidance and fostering collaboration. 项目管理：管理中小型多元化、跨专业项目团队，提供专业技术指导，促进团队高效协作。 5. Strategic Advisory: Serve as a technical advisor for product strategy, engineering and upper management. 战略技术顾问：为产品战略、工程研发及公司高层管理提供技术咨询。 6. Educational Background: Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent. 教育背景：工程类、应用科学类或相关专业学历。 2. Industry Experience: Several years of industrial experience in research and development, ideally within the area of sensor, actuator and electrical support systems. 行业经验：多年工业研发工作经验，具备传感器、执行器及电气辅助系统相关领域经验者优先。 3.
