Responsibilities & Key Deliverables • Need to work in shifts and handle shift independently for Paint Process & Product Quality control , trouble shooting etc. • Co-ordinate with material suppliers on quality issues , quality upgradation. • Ensure product quality parameters , goals are achieved as per plan. • Review , analysis & action planning of daily quality data , rework & rejection , internal & external customer complaints. • Paint Quality planning & execution for new model , new color launches , new projects in paint shop. • Field complaint analysis , action planning for paint shop related complaints. • Interact with body shop and TCF shops , PVT for paint shop quality related co-ordinations. • Facilitate Quality related internal/external audits. • Increase morale of the team by giving them input of Preferred Industries Automobile Education Qualification Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering General Experience If BE 3 to 5 yrs System Generated Core Skills 7 QC Tools Analytical Thinking Microsoft Office People Management Presentation Skills Team Building System Generated Secondary Skills Communication Skills Consumer Focus Leadership Skills
