About The Role
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Execution of physical Tests ICE/Hybrid 2. Working closely with various stake holders 3. Review DVP, DFMEAs, Test standards and procedures 4. Manage budgets and timelines 5. Escalate key issues on time 6. Plan Prioritize and schedule the tests 7.Optimize DVPs samples Experience 2-4 years Industry Preferred 1. Automotive Industry Qualifications BE, B TECH- Mechanical / Electrical and Electronics General Requirements Competencies 1) Collaborative 2) Agile 3) Bold 4) Takes Inititatives 5) Quest to excel 6) Good communication Skill 7) Execuation excellence 8) Open to Travel Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job 1. Understand product life cycles of Evs,ICEs,Hybrids 2.Knowledge on Different types of Lithium ion Battery cells, Modules and pack, types of hybrid engines components 3. Co orelate field issues to validation and DVP 4. Derive validation test cases related to powertrain 5. Identify new failure modes in design 6. Connect DVPs to life cycle including End of life 7. Proven experience on Testing automation AVL PUMA, AVL EDACS, Iasys ORBIT E <8.Work> with other test engineers and technicians to execute ICE /EPT/ Hybrid powertrain and provide accurate result reports - Hands on experience needed 9.Knowledge on Test standards 10.Knowledge on various types of measurement equipment to test batteries, cells, ICE engines 11.Root cause analysis, 8D preparation ,Periodic concern review 12.Relies on data to justify technical decisions and ability to clearly explain technical issues and Strong Willingness to take ownership and drive results 13.
