Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Resolving Customer complaints, failed part analysis, ICA/PCA identification, Verification & Implementation. Preparing consolidated action plan for customer complaints ( field / user plant) and analyze the trend for improvements. Management of Z stages & ensuring adherence of assembly processes to deliver defect free product. Pro-actively identify process gaps, concerns and executing corrective measures along with CFT. Global demerit audit – for ongoing models & new projects. Maintain test bed & run the engines as per SOP. Conducting Product / Process audits & reports circulation to all stake holders as per control plan. Conduct QCRT and ensure closure of concerns. Establish and sustain Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 standard. Preferred Industries Automobile Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile General Experience 3 to 5 years (minimum) In Automobile industry System Generated Core Skills Analytical Thinking Communication Skills Consumer Focus Equipment Handling & Maintenance Forecasting Interpersonal Skills Measurement System Analysis (MSA) Metallurgy Microsoft Office Project Management Monitoring SST Parameters Statistical Process Control (SPC) Teamwork Product Knowledge - Vehicle System Demand Management Quality Control
