Technical Analysis and Comparisons amongst different Suppliers Integrating respective functional area (BIW Assembly) for a project Providing functional area deliverables including respective Manufacturing process Preparing the manufacturing Strategy for the New product development. Capital budget Preparation and Optimising the budget based on Product assumptions and Process Synergies Ensuring all the MPDS - Gate ways requirements ( Manufacturing Related requirements. Ensuring Sustainable packaging and Logistics cost Optimisation by Increasing the Qty / trolley Developing Line and Logistics layout by convincing the required stake holders. FTG and Spares planning, Procurement and Establishing to mfg the new product Prepare and follow PFMEA/MFMEA of Equipment’s. Design Approval of required systems with Project tracking Installation and commissioning of equipment’s with punch item list and without missing the Project Time lines Supports production department for day to day activities and smooth implementation of Installed Equipment Develop BIW process plans for Manual and Robotic welding Lines Preferred Industries Automobile Education Qualification Diploma/B.E/B.Tech General Experience 5 to 10 Years System Generated Core Skills 7 QC Tools Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Analytical Thinking Communication Skills Consumer Focus Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Leadership Skills Microsoft Office People Management Presentation Skills QC Tools SAP Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Statistical Analysis Team Management Teamwork Process Knowledge - Welding
