Manager - DAC CDMM

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Execute DAC part development (castings, forgings, gears, axle, in‑house motor parts, brakes and suspension components) post Business Case/ROCM approval and WBS release Initiate EVOB by coordinating DAC supplier panel finalization with SSU Support vendor audits, DFM and TSO closure with STA and cross‑functional teams Drive RFQs, support quote evaluation, and complete quote synthesis Submit commercial proposals to SSU and enable timely VOB closure Facilitate PO and advance release for tooling and materials Jointly track FTG timelines with STA, SCM and suppliers until plant handover Ensure achievement of MRD, QCD targets and SOP readiness for DAC parts Experience 7 to 9 Years Industry Preferred Automotive Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering General Requirements Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
