Duty Manager

It’s a hands-on role where you’ll run great shifts, support and develop the crew, and make sure every guest gets the warm, sociable Little Creatures experience we’re known for. Since opening in 2019, our Hobsonville taproom has become a much-loved local spot. You’ll get the personality and close-knit feel of a great hospitality venue, backed by the development opportunities and benefits that come with being part of LION. This is a permanent part-time opportunity working 30 hours per week, with weekend availability essential . Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll take the lead on shift and help keep our Front of House operation running smoothly. You’ll: Lead the team on shift and create a great experience for our customers Manage efficient FOH set-up and close-down Make sure operating procedures are followed day to day Help maintain a safe working environment Bring the Little Creatures experience to life for our customers Help take our cocktail menu to the next level What you’ll bring: A current GM Certificate Cocktail, wine and spirits knowledge Knowledge of hospitality operations Experience supervising, motivating and developing a team The ability to deliver a consistent product and customer experience in a high-volume environment Flexibility to work across days, evenings and weekends Why join us?
