Job Title: Fabrication B (Ceramic Electrode Operator) Job Code: 40924 Job Location: Salt Lake City, UT Job Schedule: 9/80 (Every other Friday off) Job Description: Electrode Operator- support and manufacture a wide variety of intricate Ceramic components for production. Operate silk screening equipment, abrasive trimmer equipment and spray-painting systems while following standard work instructions charts, tables, blueprints, formulas, sketches, verbal and electronic orders, job layouts, etc. to accomplish assigned work. Essential Functions: Must be able to use basic hand tools and fixturing Must use PPE for appropriate protection. Must be able to lift at least 32 pounds Ability to read and understand technical drawings and shop orders. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Able to install specified tooling and setting job up to specifications. Maintain the tooling inventory. Ensure that the tooling list is accurate and that all tools are maintained in useable condition. Keep an accurate completion of required documentation involved in processing of parts, travelers, logs, process control data etc. House keeping Preventive maintenance Easily trained, work well with engineering and supervisor. Qualifications: Requires developing job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and data entry. Mechanical experience background. Good writing and communications skills. Basic math skills.
