Group Manager - Order Execution Filter & Logistic

In compliance to ISO standards 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2023 Your role in our team: Lead for the assigned team members technically and disciplinary Identify training needs and mentor team members accordingly Plan utilization and budgets for the assigned team members Manage scope, quality, budget and schedule conform deliveries of projects of the filter maker and logistic machine from order incoming phase until handover to the customer Identify potentials and initiate product and process improvements with respective peers to reduce costs and increase efficiency Coordinate and prioritize activities with other projects Manage activities in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams across sites worldwide, especially the German headquarter Monitor and coordinate status information to management and sales Your role in our team: With minimum academic qualification of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related discipline with excellent results Good analytical skills in ERP systems, with focus on material and project planning. SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
