Operate and set up complex, customized production equipment to manufacture company products. Check the quality during the working process. Monitor compliance with quality assurance procedures. Monitor and comply with company rules and regulations. Participate in staff training and evaluation to improve skills. Key Job Responsibilities Supervise Machine Operator including below responsibilities. Manage team operations based on standards: Safety, Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, RCA, 5S, Kaizen, etc. Set up and operate all relevant equipment and hand tools Get the production plan assigned to arrange machinery and personnel in the most efficient way. Monitor staff and machinery during operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and schedule (QCD) Inspect finished products to ensure internal and external quality standards and requirements. Supervising the daily inspection of machines to ensure proper functioning. Meet production KPIs (Work Performance Indicators) Develop documentation in production process and store according to standards. Evaluate staff capacity and develop periodic training and staff development plans. Preferred Areas of Education, Certifications, and Skills: College degree of Mechanical and above At least 3 years of experience in mechanical industrial manufacturing At least 2 years of experience as team leader or supervisor Technical abilities are of high importance. Proven experience as a CNC operator preferred but working metal experience in other domains will be accepted. Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, etc. Computer savvy with a good understanding of computer programming, CAD/CAM, MsOffice Basic understanding of NUMROTO program/ Virtual Grind Pro and metal cutting tools is a merit Production planning and people development experience preferred Willing to work 3 shifts Proactive, aggressive, well-organized, and hardworking Ability to learn the job fast Equal Opportunity Employer
