Solution Architect with Cloud (Azure)

Type of contract: Employment contract UoP: 18 850 - 28 500 PLN gross per month What will you do? You will work as a Solution Architect responsible for translating business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable solutions, advising stakeholders and driving technical strategy while owning end‑to‑end solution delivery and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and best practices. Your tasks Advise stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions Design secure, scalable, and reliable system architectures Drive technical engagements and support implementation success Define and promote best practices in architecture and delivery Collaborate with stakeholders and senior client representatives Manage dependencies and ensure alignment across solution components Support pre-sales activities and contribute to offering materials Ensure production readiness including performance, resilience, and monitoring Your skills Strong hands-on software engineering background, ideally as a senior developer or technical lead, with the ability to guide application design and development rather than focusing primarily on platform, infrastructure, or networking engineering Experience in designing and building software solutions using modern architectures Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferable), AWS, or GCP Strong knowledge of CI/CD and Agile methodologies Expertise in enterprise architecture and integration patterns Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, and containerization Understanding of NFRs including HA, DR, logging, and monitoring Broad IT knowledge including networking, security, and data management Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders Nice to have Experience in financial services environments Knowledge of domain driven design and event driven architecture Experience with data-focused architectures and patterns We offer Openness to hybrid work 2 days a week from one of our office location Working in a highly experienced and dedicated team Benefit package tailored to your needs (medical, sport, lunch subsidy, life insurance, etc.) Online training and certifications Access to e-learning platform Social events
