Senior UI & Interaction Designer

Type of contract : Employment contract Salary range: 12 840 - 19 680 PLN gross/month What will you do? You will join a team building a modern digital investment experience from scratch within a leading mobile banking environment. The role focuses on creating simple, intuitive and mobile-first solutions for retail customers in areas such as onboarding, accounts, investing and portfolios. You will work in a fast-paced product setup with high autonomy, close collaboration and real influence on the final user experience. Your tasks Design responsive web and mobile interfaces for digital financial products Create intuitive user journeys and self-service flows for investment products Support the product discovery phase with concepts, mockups and design recommendations Build and develop design systems and reusable UI components Prepare high-quality visual designs aligned with business and user needs Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders and the project team Collaborate closely with product, business and technology teams in an Agile environment Design solutions for onboarding, investing, funds, portfolios and related customer journeys Ensure consistency, usability and clarity across digital touchpoints Contribute to creating a modern banking experience that can compete with leading fintech products Your skills At least 5 years of experience in graphic design for responsive web interfaces and mobile applications Excellent portfolio demonstrating UI and interaction design experience Excellent knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma Experience in building and maintaining design systems Experience in UX design for financial products, especially investment products Documented experience in designing digital processes or solutions for investment products for retail customers Experience in projects related to investment products such as stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, investment advisory or wealth management Experience in designing mobile applications and self-service processes for investment products Knowledge of investment onboarding processes and selected MiFID aspects related to digital sales Experience working with financial institutions, brokerage houses or investment fintech companies Ability to present and justify design decisions clearly Ability to work effectively in a team Strong communication skills, openness, creativity and ingenuity Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and proposed design solutions Nice to have Ability to create animations in Adobe After Effects with Bodymovin or Lottie Experience working in Agile projects Knowledge of Confluence and Jira Experience in online or mobile banking design projects We offer Hybrid work in Warsaw (2 office days per week) Working in a highly experienced and dedicated team Benefit package tailored to your needs (medical, sport, lunch subsidy, life insurance, etc.) Online training and certifications Access to e-learning platform Work From Anywhere (up to 140 days/year abroad) Social events
