In the Managing Director in Development Programm, you will be developed for a Managing Director position within a retail organisation within 6–18 months, with the aim of managing your own global retail organisation within the GH Group shortly thereafter. Your new job includes Go through a fast track tailor-made retail development program - on a global level! You will complete a series of interconnected placements at our headquarters in Hamburg as well as at selected national and international retail locations, gaining an in-depth understanding of Travel Retail and our retail operations Receive a tailor-made training program that will take you to the next level, both personally and professionally Work in close sparring with our C-level on overarching strategic projects Receive exclusive and personal mentoring from top Gebr. Heinemann leaders throughout the entire program Preferred Profile Several years of international experience in retail, travel retail, or hospitality, combined with extensive leadership experience managing large, decentralized retail organizations with multiple management layers International flexibility and mobility, both during and especially after the program Lots of drive, initiative and a strong hands-on mentality A strong passion for retail, strategy and people management A successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable educational pathway, ideally in an international retail setting If you do not tick all boxes but still believe you are a good match for this role, we look forward to hearing from you.
