Introduction Sentence For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a Your new job includes As a Working Student (m/f/d) in the Commercial Investments team, you will support the department in the planning, acquisition, and negotiation of advertising activities, with a particular focus on pricing initiatives and promotional campaigns. You ensure that our Commercial Investment processes run smoothly by maintaining the quality and consistency of data in our core systems, such as SAP You maintain and manage the planning of promotional and pricing activities within our systems You analyze data and identify optimization opportunities by monitoring data quality and system processes, coordinating appropriate solutions whenever deviations occur You act as an interface between Business and IT, supporting the technical implementation and continuous development of our digital processes You contribute to exciting projects in the international travel retail environment and gain insights into the management of promotional and pricing activities You collaborate closely with various business functions, support the management of business partners, and gain first-hand experience of the commercial processes within an international retail company You actively contribute your knowledge to the team, support the onboarding of new colleagues, and independently take ownership of tasks in day-to-day operations Preferred Profile Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience working with SAP is an advantage Good written and spoken English and German skills Enjoyment of operational day-to-day business as well as independently managing smaller projects Strong organizational skills, a self-reliant working style, and enthusiasm for working in an international environment A strong service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills, both within and outside the team Initiative, flexibility, and a proactive approach to work Initial negotiation experience is considered a plus If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch.
