Leader of crossfunctional project team within a matrix organization for 1 project Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:

• To assist with quotation development/establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work.
• To plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects.
• To plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects.
• To plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects.
• To maintain P&L accountability and ownership with the use of program PCF's (Project Control Form).
• To foster ownership in project teams by defining and tracking measurable for success
• To keep the contact-communicate with customer, and coordinate the open issues.
• To Generate team commitment and ensure APQP and simultaneous engineering principles are followed.
• To follow and continuously improve project management system, contract review and APQP processes

What Do We Expect From You

• Be able to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents
• Proven capabilities to be an effective communicator, facilitator and problem solver in front of customers and suppliers alike.
• Provide effective oral and written reports to department heads, customers and suppliers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent structured problem solving skills.
• Skills in resource planning and leveling
• Understanding of AIAG requirements for PPAP/APQP
• Understanding the requirements in IATF 16949 Quality System
