Your Responsibilities Cleanliness inspection of precision optical components Surface cleaning of lenses Conducting inspections using various measuring tools and instruments Documenting lens data Coordinating rejections and defects Participating in control loops and continuous improvement teams Shift work in a 3-shift operation (rotating shifts) Your Profile Completed training as a precision optician (m/f/d) or technical vocational training, preferably in fields such as metalworking, precision optical or mechanical manufacturing, or comparable practical work experience Manual dexterity Clean, precise, and structured work habits, as well as a strong commitment to quality Sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and flexibility Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel Willingness to work shifts We welcome suitable applications regardless of gender, cultural and social background, age, religion, ideology, disability or sexual identity.
