Function At Elia, we are looking for an enthusiastic intern with a passion for events, communication and employer branding to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is open year-round , with flexible start dates and durations , and can be tailored to your profile and interests. This role is perfect for students who like being hands-on, creative and active in a people-oriented environment. As an intern in our talent acquisition team, you will be closely involved in how Elia presents itself to candidates: Assist with the organisation and practical execution of job fairs, campus events and school visits Ensure everything is perfectly arranged (registrations, logistics, materials, catering, badges, etc.) Be present at events and provide hands-on support when needed Coordinate with internal colleagues and ambassadors Support employer branding initiatives and campaigns Help prepare content and communication materials Contribute to creative ideas to showcase Elia as an attractive employer Your Profile You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student, ideally in HR, communication, event management, ...
