System Migration Manager in Riyadh More than a job: a mission Join us in Riyadh as a System Migration Manager, where you will lead the seamless integration of the Metro Line 2 extension. Your expertise will help connect communities and ensure safe, reliable journeys for all who depend on our systems. Your role, Your impact Oversee the transition from the existing metro line to the new 8-kilometer extension, ensuring all systems are integrated smoothly. Coordinate design, installation, and testing & commissioning (TNC) activities across signaling, telecom, power supply, and track systems. Collaborate with the client, subcontractors and internal teams to maintain consistency and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Report directly to the consortium product director, playing a key role in project leadership and decision-making. Drive the project forward by ensuring timely delivery, addressing challenges, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders. You'll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and design — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As System Migration Manager, you will be at the heart of delivering a critical infrastructure project for RIyadh's growing metro network. What you bring Proven experience in system engineering and turnkey metro migration projects, with a strong background in TNC activities. Deep understanding of signaling and telecom subsystems, with the ability to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions. Demonstrated leadership in building and engaging high-performing, adaptable teams. Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust. Track record of delivering results, acting with ownership, and driving projects to successful completion. How success is measured Seamless integration and commissioning of the Metro Line 2 extension, meeting all technical and safety standards. On-time delivery of project milestones and effective management of resources and risks. Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders, including customer validation of project outcomes.
