About The Role

Job Req Number: 122443 Time Type: Full Time 1. System Transactions (SAP / ERP) Perform accurate FG-related system transactions (GR, GI, stock transfer, adjustments). Ensure all system postings match physical movements and approved documents. Maintain transaction accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness. 2. Inventory Control & Traceability Maintain accurate FG implant inventory records. Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities. Escalate and support resolution of inventory discrepancies. Comply with Apple Implant lot/serial traceability and access controls. 3. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and inventory reports. Maintain proper records for audits and management review. 4. Scrap Handling Identify, segregate, and process FG implant scrap according to procedures. Perform scrap postings with proper approval and documentation. 5. Investigation & Support Support investigation of system vs physical mismatches and abnormal transactions. Assist in documentation and follow-up of corrective actions. 6. Compliance & Security Follow all Customer Implant security, confidentiality, and SOP requirements. Support internal, external, and customer audits. 7. Others Support cross-functional activities and perform other assigned logistics duties. Requirements Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline. Relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, or inventory operations is preferred. Skills & Competencies Basic SAP / ERP knowledge. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Understanding of logistics and inventory control. Ability to follow SOPs and compliance requirements. Basic reporting and MS Excel skills. Behavioural Expectations (Customer Implant Environment) High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discipline. Strict adherence to security, access, and data protection rules. Willingness to escalate issues promptly and transparently. Ability to work under structured controls and audit scrutiny.
