Senior Finance Specialist

Drive financial excellence across DLG Group Join Group Finance & Tax and play a key role in ensuring high-quality financial reporting, accounting compliance, and continuous improvement of finance processes across the DLG Group. About the role As Senior Finance Specialist, you will be part of Group Finance & Tax, where you will work with complex accounting matters, group consolidation, valuation activities, and global reporting structures. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the Group and contribute to strengthening financial transparency and standardizing finance processes internationally. Your responsibilities Support complex accounting and special accounting matters across the Group Participating in accounting issues regarding M&A activities Support the preparation and closing of consolidated Group financial statements Drive and support finance projects across Group Finance & Tax Perform complex fair value valuations and provide accounting guidance to stakeholders Standardize and optimize consolidation processes across the DLG Group Maintain and develop global reporting structures, controls, and reporting processes Ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality financial reporting for management and external stakeholders Your profile We imagine that you: Hold a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar Have solid experience within Group Finance, Financial Controlling, Audit, or Accounting Possess strong accounting and financial reporting competencies Have experience working in an international business environment Are curious, analytical, and motivated by solving complex challenges Collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels Are fluent in Danish and English; German is an advantage Willing to go the extra mile when needed What we offer At DLG, you will join a highly professional finance organization with significant responsibility, international exposure, and excellent development opportunities.
