Document Specialist

The purpose of this position is to execute the Document Processing for our team working on export of fish. Vår hovedaktivitet er import og eksport av containere og vi ønsker å utvide teamet med ny kollega på eksport avdelingen for fisk. Arbeidsoppgavene omfatter primært håndtering og utstedelse av dokumentasjon samt oppfølging av skipninger og KPI/datakvalitet. Sentrale arbeidsoppgaver vil være: Jobbe tett med produktansvarlig og teamet på avdelingen Bistå med registering av nye bookinger Lage/utstede/sende dokumentasjon knyttet til skipninger Følge opp skipninger underveis Fakturere transportoppdrag Legge inn estimater og godkjenne leverandør fakturaer Oppfølging av KPI og datakvalitet Bidra til å utvikle eksisterende prosedyrer Forbedre rutiner Ønskede kvalifikasjoner: Gode samarbeidsevner Gjerne erfaring fra arbeid med containertransport sjø eller med tilsvarende arbeidsoppgaver Strukturert med høy arbeidskapasitet Du har svært gode skriftlige og muntlige kommunikasjonsevner, både på norsk og engelsk Nøyaktig, serviceinnstilt og løsningsorientert Fleksibel og endringsdyktig Gode datakunnskaper, gjerne ha kjennskap til Cargowise og god kjennskap til bruk av Excel/Word Må like å jobbe i team gjennom en hektisk arbeidshverdag Du har stort engasjement i det du gjør Vi tilbyr: Arbeid i et internasjonalt og dynamisk miljø Gode utviklingsmuligheter innenfor logistikkbransjen En spennende og utfordrende jobb hos oss med gode forsikringsordninger.
