About The Role

The Impact You'll Make We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated Finance & Manufacturing Cost Controlling Apprentice to support strategic initiatives aimed at improving manufacturing cost transparency, reporting capabilities, and financial performance across our global production network. In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing finance leaders and plant controllers across multiple regions to harmonize cost calculation methodologies, develop advanced reporting solutions, and leverage data analytics to drive performance improvements. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing finance, cost controlling, digital transformation, and AI-enabled reporting in a global industrial environment. #LI-AG1 What You’ll Be Doing Harmonize production cost methodologies, standardize costing principles, and support implementation of consistent cost calculation practices across manufacturing sites. Design and enhance financial dashboards, reporting templates, and performance reporting tools to improve visibility and decision-making. Establish and manage monthly production cost tracking, analyze variances, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve manufacturing efficiency and profitability. Develop cross-site benchmarking analyses to identify best practices, synergies, and cost optimization opportunities, and present insights to key stakeholders. Contribute to the divisional reporting ecosystem through Databricks, AI-driven analytics, KPI/CAPEX reporting, automation, data quality improvements, and self-service reporting solutions. What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, or a related field, with strong skills in Excel, financial analysis, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Databricks, Tableau, etc.). Passionate about AI-driven reporting, business intelligence, and digital finance transformation; knowledge of manufacturing finance and cost accounting is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience handling complex datasets, identifying cost drivers, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures, build relationships, and present findings to diverse stakeholders. Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable professional with a strong sense of ownership, a continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for driving business performance through data.
