Oak Street Health New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship (Spanish Required)

We are currently hiring a New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellow to join our Adult Primary Care team at Oak Street Health. This 12-month paid fellowship focuses on developing expertise in primary care for older adults, collaborating with a dedicated interprofessional team.
