ABOUT TEAM

Join the Strategic Product Operations (SPO) function - an integrated and forward-thinking capability designed to supercharge agility, governance, and operational excellence across CPTO organization. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professionals, having solid experience in project coordination and are ready to operate with greater autonomy and responsibility. Prefer a role where execution rigor, proactive coordination, and problem anticipation are valued and visible.

Project Administrator III plays a critical role in Operations and Enablement Team by providing advanced project coordination, governance support, and execution rigor.

This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, supports multiple transformation initiatives or complex workstreams, and acts as a trusted operational partner to Portfolio Owners, ART Owners and senior stakeholders—ensuring delivery discipline, transparency, and continuous improvement

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project & Program Support

  • Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to business transformation programs and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path tracking across multiple workstreams.
  • Maintain and govern core project artefacts including plans, RAID logs, status reports, action trackers, and decision logs.
  • Support preparation and execution of SteerCo, governance forums, and milestone reviews, including tracking approvals and outcomes.

Governance, Reporting & Controls

  • Drive consistency and adherence to enterprise governance standards, PMO/Change frameworks, and quality gates.
  • Produce high-quality, executive-ready reporting covering status, risks, dependencies, financials (where applicable), and key decisions.
  • Track compliance to defined processes, policies, and transformation guardrails, escalating deviations proactively.
  • Support audits, reviews, and assurance activities by ensuring accurate, traceable documentation.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as a primary coordination point between business, technology, operations, and external partners.
  • Manage communication cadence—meeting schedules, agendas, minutes, follow-ups, and action closures.
  • Ensure clarity of ownership by tracking responsibilities, timelines, and dependencies across stakeholders.
  • Support change and adoption activities by coordinating communications, training artefacts, and rollout readiness.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • BE/BTech/MCA candidates with 12 to 15 years’ of experience in Advanced project administration and coordination, with minimum 5 years of project management experience
  • Strong governance, documentation, and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail with an execution mindset
  • Proficiency in project and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira Align, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exposure to AI-enabled enterprise tools (e.g., analytics platforms, reporting tools, collaboration or planning tools with AI features).
  • Ability to support adoption of AI-assisted tools used for: Project reporting and insights, Documentation and knowledge management, Planning, prioritization, or dependency tracking
  • Business & Behavioral competencies : Strong Stakeholder Management, Structured problem-solving & risk awareness, Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise insights, High ownership, accountability, and proactive mindset and Comfort working in matrixed, global environments
